摘要: The first experimental data are presented on the observation of a response noise signal applied to tunable-by-voltage high-TC Josephson mixer operating in self-pumping mode within frequency band f = 750–970 GHz at ambient temperature T 12.5 K. device was thin-film YBaCuO bicrystal junction coupled with electrodes patterned log-periodic antenna. Experimental junctions exhibit RSJ-like I–V characteristics product ICRN ≈ 2 mV (IC is critical current and RN normal state resistance). Down-converted examined an intermediate 1–2 by means Fourier transform spectroscopy technique. Evaluated from spectrograms clear double-side functions were registered any fixed bias voltages range V 1.65–2.1 mV.
