Point defects and non‐stoichiometry in HgSe

摘要: Hall coefficients and electron conductivities of HgSe crystals annealed in a broad range Hg Se vapour pressures are measured at room liquid nitrogen temperatures. The dominant point defects interstitials vacancies. Formation enthalpies these estimated by thermodynamical analysis compared with other II-VI compounds. (P-T-x) diagram existence region obtained the present annealing experiments. concentration is expressed terms gas pressure treatment temperature. Les de et les conductivites d'electron trempes dans un vaste domaine des pressions la vapeur du Se, sont mesurees aux temperatures ambiante liquide. Les defections dominants le interstitiels Hg, vacancies Se. formation ces defauts estimes par analyses thermodinamiques comparees avec d'autres composes II-VI. Le diagramme l'existence obtenus presentes experimentations trempage. La l'electron est exprimes en fonction pression temperature traitement.
