摘要: Monte Carlo simulations were performed on a release model based experimental data from single glutamatergic synapses containing site in the hippocampal CA1 region of neonatal rat. These explored what can be learned about process by examining how probability response to second stimulus (P(2)) paired synapse depends first stimulus. Comparisons between number individual and simulated support notion that immediately releasable vesicle pool is small (approximately one) shows substantial intertrial variation. The also show dependence P(2) not necessarily an indicator either variation Ca(2+) influx, feedback effects released transmitter, or activation failure axon.
