摘要: Summary Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is a leading cause of mortality in haematological patients. Appropriate activation the innate immune system crucial for successful clearance IA. Therefore, we studied Aspergillus fumigatus-mediated human granulocytes and monocytederived immature dendritic cells (DCs), as well murine bone marrowderived DCs (BMDCs) from wild type, toll-like receptor (TLR)4-deficient, TLR2 knockout, TLR2/TLR4 double deficient mice. fumigatus antigens induced maturation characterized by CD83 expression, upregulation major histocompatibility complex co-stimulatory molecules. Moreover, fungal enhanced phagocytosis production interleukin (IL)-8 granulocytes. The release IL-12 BMDCs response to A. was dependent on expression TLR2, whereas IL-6 functional TLR4 protein precipitate supernatant provided strong stimulation granulocytes, indicating that factor secreted might activate cells. In conclusion, Our results indicated this mediated via TLR4. Future studies are needed assess clinical impact these findings patients at high risk
