摘要: MicroRNA (miRNA) are significant regulators of neuropathic pain development and neuroinflammation can contribute a lot to the progression pain. Recently, miR-98 has been reported be involved in various diseases. However, little is known about role neuroinflammation. Therefore, our study was aimed investigate function via establishing rat model using chronic constriction injury (CCI) sciatic nerve. Here, we observed that downregulated CCI models. Overexpression miR-9 able inhibit progression. STAT3 serve key processes, including inflammation. Interestingly, indicated dramatically upregulated activated rats. By informatics analysis, predicted as direct target correlation confirmed. Then, overexpressed rats it found repress inhibiting As displayed, interleukin 6 (IL-6), IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) expression obviously induced rats, while reduced their protein levels. Finally, overexpression reversed inhibitory effect on development. Taken these together, attenuated targeting
