摘要: Herein, a boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrode that is anodically pretreated was used for the simultaneous determination of caffeine (CAF) and chlorogenic acid (CGA) by cyclic adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The dependence peak current potential on pH, scan rate, accumulation parameters other experimental variables were studied. By using square-wave mode after 60 s under open-circuit voltage, BDD able to separate oxidation potentials CAF CGA present in binary mixtures about 0.4V Britton-Robinson buffer at pH 1.0. limits detection 0.107 µg mL(-1) (5.51×10(-7) M) CAF, 0.448 (1.26×10(-6) CGA. practical applicability this methodology tested commercially available beverage samples.
