摘要: Abstract For the first time, a boron-doped diamond electrode was used as perspective electrochemical sensor for sensitive determination of amlodipine, calcium channel blocker drug 1,4-dihydropyridine type. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated that oxidation amlodipine is irreversible with single and well-shaped peak at potential +0.75 V ( vs . Ag/AgCl/3 M KCl electrode) in Britton–Robinson buffer solution pH 5. The effect supporting electrolyte, scan rate also examined. reaction on shown to be two-electron diffusion-controlled process. Under optimized conditions using differential pulse voltammetry, current response proportional concentration range 0.2–38 μM two linear segments from 0.2 6 μM R 2 = 0.996) 6 38 μM = 0.998), respectively, limit detection 0.07 μM (28.6 μg L −1 ) good repeatability (relative standard deviation 3.6% 9.9 μM n = 20). practical applicability proposed method demonstrated assessment total content pharmaceutical tablets sufficient recoveries 101.3–104.1%. Additionally, biological relevance developed procedure by analysis model human urine samples adequate (94.1% 105.7%). interference study revealed use this kind could limited depending presence particular excess some common urinary compounds (uric acid, dopamine, ascorbic acid glucose). methodology represents an effective alternative tool instead commonly glassy carbon chemically-modified electrodes amlodipine.
