摘要: Nanomedicines have gained more and attention in cancer therapy thanks to their ability enhance the tumour accumulation intracellular uptake of drugs while reducing inactivation toxicity. In parallel, nanocarriers been successfully employed as diagnostic tools increasing imaging resolution holding great promises both preclinical research clinical settings. Lipid-based are a class biocompatible biodegradable vehicles that provide advanced delivery therapeutic agents, improving pharmacokinetic profile safety. One most promising engineering challenges is design innovative versatile multifunctional targeted nanotechnologies for treatment diagnosis. This review aims highlight rational approaches non liposomal lipid-based providing an update literature this field.
