摘要: Abstract The objective of this paper was to study the behaviour a collagen membrane when diffusing surfactants through it. tests were performed using sodium dodecyl sulphate, alkyl dimethyl amine oxides and betaines. Results showed that, mixtures these compounds, total amount diffused surfactant has minimum which corresponds range compositions with skin irritation potential according standard irritability values. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy applied evaluate water content diffusion membranes. Collagen membranes proved be useful for studying both phenomena their mixtures, variation contents.
