摘要: Abstract Tef [Eragrostis tef (Zucc.) Troetter] is called ‘super grain’ because of its healthy and nutritious seeds along with compatibility to suboptimal environment. Plant Transcription factors (TFs) are key regulators gene expression which affect transcription through interaction proteins DNA binding. Hordeum Repressor (HRT) one TF families too scanty information on their abundance, distribution, motifs, phylogenetic relationship among plants, promoter association network analysis cereals including tef. CoGeBlast, MEME, MEGA X PLANTCARE were employed accordingly. Two HRT-like TFs (ET) identified residing chromosome 5A 5B, the exhibit C H residue at C- terminal end GIY-YIG domain in N-terminal. The tree obtained depicted orthology HRT genes S. bicolor Z. mays; O. sativa glaberrima, italica virdis; H. vulgare T. aestivum homeologous pairs E. From EtHRTs, CRE elements like ABRE, MYBs, G-box, GC-motif, TC-rich repeats, O2-site known involve control hormones, sugars abiotic stresses (ABA, GA, zein α-amylase) confirming involvement/role growth, development stress response study contributes for understanding structure function plants.
