摘要: An ideal treatment outcome of pulpal exposure during restorative procedures is to regain the primary structure tubular dentin as well maintain vitality and healthiness dental pulp. Presumably this gold standard result requires pulp capping materials with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, dentin-pulp tissue regenerative properties. Various have been used in dentistry but none able predictably induce regeneration underlying dentin. Recently, potentially applicable engineering strategies using scaffolds containing growth factors were introduced promising results for animals, similar approaches shown be successful non-dental clinical problems such bone regeneration.  This article presents a review responses commercially available discusses candidate bioactive molecules investigated animals regeneration.
