摘要: The present study aimed to investigate the regulatory mechanism of long non-coding RNA hypoxia-inducible factor 1α-anti‑sense 1 (lncRNA HIF1α-AS1) in osteoblast differentiation as well its targeting by sirtuin (SIRT1), which may be inhibited transforming growth (TGF)‑β bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Real‑time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), western blot analysis, lncRNA PCR arrays and chromatin immunoprecipitation were performed order examine interference SIRT1 expression TGF‑β, effects overexpression on HIF1α‑AS1 regulation homeobox (HOX)D10, promotes BMSC differentiation, HIF1α‑AS1. results showed that TGF‑β interfered with expression. Furthermore, was significantly downregulated following SIRT1. In addition, low sufficient block HOXD10. further demonstrated downregulation HOXD10 acetylation, subsequently resulted inhibition differentiation. These suggested is an essential mediator thus represent a gene‑therapeutic agent for treatment human diseases.
