摘要: Abstract Introduction Since October 2012, the combined tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria acellular pertussis vaccine (Tdap) has been recommended in United States during every pregnancy. Methods In this observational study from Vaccine Safety Datalink, we describe receipt of Tdap pregnancy among insured women with live births across seven health systems. Using a retrospective matched cohort, evaluated risks for selected medically attended adverse events pregnant women, occurring within 42 days vaccination. generalized estimating equation, calculated adjusted incident rate ratios (AIRR). Results Our coverage cohort included 438,487 between January 1, 2007 and November 15, 2013. Across 14% received By 2013, was administered 41.7% births, primarily 3rd trimester. safety 53,885 vaccinated 109,253 unvaccinated women. There no increased risk composite outcome acute 3 Similarly, over day window, neurologic events, thrombotic new onset proteinuria did not differ by maternal Tdap. Among receiving at 20 weeks gestation or later, as compared to their controls, there gestational diabetes cardiac while venous thromboembolic thrombocytopenia were diagnosed vaccination slightly decreased rates. Conclusion through but still below 50%. No signals detected large cohort.
