摘要: The management of epithelial dysplastic spread around an oral squamous cell carci-noma is very important, particularly intraoperatively. Both cytokeratin (CK) 14 and CK19 are believed to be involved in the development precancerous lesions, their expression profiles quite specific these early cancer lesions. Here, CK13, 14, 17, 19 was investigated a rat model 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide-induced tongue during series carcinogenetic processes determine value assessing features cancer. Based on tissue conditions, results showed that levels CK13 decreased order no change, dysplasia, cancer, whereas those CK17 increased same order. Expression significant difference among This indicates comparing immunohistochemical staining CKs, especially could help characteristics
