摘要: Glycolipid biosurfactants, mannosylerythritol lipids (MELs), were produced from glucose and sucrose without vegetable oils. Pseudozyma antarctica JCM 10317, Ustilago maydis NBRC 5346, U. scitaminea 32730, P. siamensis CBS 9960 mainly MEL-A, MEL-B, MEL-C respectively. The sucrose-derived MELs showed excellent interfacial properties: low critical micelle concentration as well that of oil-derived MELs.
