摘要: Four neocortical regions (frontal, parietal, temporal, occipital) of 44 cases were impregnated by a silver stain to show neuritic plaques and stained with Congo red amyloid plaques. In 11 large numbers argentophilic these decreased significantly age while the reverse appeared be true for congophilic remaining 34 which had few increased in parietal occipital regions. These results suggest that component senile precedes cores their pathogenesis although causative relationship is not implied.
