摘要: The densities of diffuse, primitive, and classic s-amyloid (As) deposits were studied in the temporal lobe cognitively normal brain, dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), familial Alzheimer’s disease (FAD), sporadic AD (SAD). Principal components analysis (PCA) was used to determine whether there distinct differences between groups or As pathology more continuously distributed from group group. Three principal (PC) extracted data accounting for 56% total variance. Plots cases relation PC did not result but suggested overlap deposition groups. In addition, linear correlations distribution along specific brain regions suggesting continuous variation PC1 associated degree maturation deposits, PC2 FAD SAD, PC3 spread into hippocampus. Apolipoprotein E (APOE) genotype cases. PCA may be a useful method studying pathological interface closely related neurodegenerative disorders.
