摘要: Limonoids are considered as potential cancer chemopreventive agents and widely distributed in the Citrus genus aglycones glucosides. In present study, reversed-phase HPLC coupled with CID mass spectra was developed for simultaneous separation identification of glucosides limonoids from citrus. Five such limonin, deacetyl nomilin, ichangin, isolimonoic acid nomilin were identified by positive ion MS/MS, whereas five glucosides, viz. limonin glucoside, isoobacunoic obacunone nomilinic glucoside analyzed negative spectra. The method successfully applied to complex citrus samples seeds extracted methanol partially purified LC-CID achieved C-18 column; eight comparing retention times spectral fragmentation. To best our knowledge, this is first report on using technique.
