摘要: The osteogenic effect of bone marrow was tested in rabbits, using chambers that had been implanted the peritoneal cavity (ectopic site) and a delayed-union model (orthotopic site). Osteogenesis accelerated both sites after concentration elements by centrifugation, but not unit gravity sedimentation. Chambers were with processed simple isopyknic centrifugation demonstrated more pronounced increase deposition calcium compared whole-marrow implants equal volume (101 193 per cent). Orthotopic grafting rabbit whole significantly increased osteogenesis, as measured biomechanically biochemically. Significantly improved healing evident radiographically at five weeks concentrated centrifugation.
