摘要: Micro (mi)RNAs are small, highly conserved noncoding RNAs that control gene expression post-transcriptionally either via the degradation of target mRNAs or inhibition protein translation. Each miRNA is believed to regulate multiple mRNA targets, and many miRNAs have been linked initiation progression human cancer. various activities immune system different stages hematopoietic development, their misexpression cause blood malignancies. Certain oncogenic activities, whereas others potential act as tumor suppressors. Because they fundamental processes such differentiation, cell growth death, study role in neoplasms holds great promise for novel forms therapy. Here, we summarize targets contributing cancers function regulators apoptotic pathways system.
