Characterization of the subclasses and light chain types of IgG antibodies to rubella.

摘要: IgG subclasses of antibodies to rubella were determined in indirect enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA) with monoclonal specific for human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4. Eleven sera from women long past history rubella, two hyperimmune five non-hyperimmune immunoglobulin preparations tested. Light chain types the tested ELISA polyclonal kappa lambda chains. Antibodies as well found IgG1 subclass only. Both light present antibodies.
