摘要: Both serum IgA and secretory (sIgA) consist of two subclasses, IgAl IgA2, which differ in primary structure, carbohydrate composition, antigenic properties (1). While predominates (about 90%) normal serum, exocrine secretions have been reported to contain a relatively large proportion (30–50%) IgA2 (2,3). It is not known how subclass production regulated; apparently contradictory information about the influence stimuli has published (4–7).
