摘要: Immunoglobulin allotype markers on immunoglobulin G (Gm markers), A (A2m and κ light chains (Km markers) were determined in 68 Crohn's disease patients, 39 ulcerative colitis 1027 healthy controls. Patients controls all Caucasians of Northern European origin not Jewish. The distribution heavy-chain (Gm) allotypes differed markedly between patients had a significant increase the frequency phenotype Gm(a,x,f;b,g) haplotype GMa,x;g. Gm phenotypes haplotypes did differ significantly Further, there was no association Km or A2m inflammatory bowel disease.
