摘要: Peritumoral brain edema was produced by intracerebral transplantation of Walker 256 tumor in rats. Local cerebral blood flow (LCBF), local glucose utilization (LCGU), and capillary permeability were studied untreated methylprednisolone-treated rats quantitative autoradiography. In the group, LCBF LCGU widely depressed cortex deep structures hemisphere ipsilateral to tumor. animals, significantly better than animals. Capillary highly increased viable part lower that group. These results may suggest increase is major source for fluid production, methylprednisolone improves decreasing Decrease formation result restoration metabolism adjacent tissue, improve clinical symptoms signs.
