摘要: Dolichols belong to a family of polymeric lipids with the isoprene unit as repeating building block. This lipid class represents relative large group natural products displaying wide variety biological functions (Table I) (Rip et al., 1985). The existence dolichols was first reported by Hemming and coworkers (Pennock 1960; Burgos 1963).
