摘要: Abstract Cell surface proteins and glycoproteins of a cultured Drosophila melanogaster cell line were studied by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Proteins radiolabelled the lactoperoxidase method examined for hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties using phase separation technique, as well trypsin sensitivity. The populations labelled catalyzed radio-iodination compared to either metabolic incorporation tritiated glucosamine binding concanavalin A. general distribution characteristics are also discussed.
