摘要: Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) mediate the degradation of all types collagens and other extracellular matrix components (elastin, proteoglycans, laminin), their synthesis accumulation play a key role in hydrolysis basement membrane. MMPs are involved wide range proteolytic processes presence different physiological pathological changes, including inflammation, wound healing, angiogenesis, carcinogenesis. AIM to study specific features MMP-1 MMP-9 expression stages skin photoaging, foci actinic keratosis basal cell carcinoma by immunohistochemical examination. MATERIAL AND METHODS 12 samples healthy (6 eyelid with Glogau grade II photoaging; 6 ones grades III-IV photoaging) biopsies from 8 were examined. A positive reaction was shown as brown staining intensity cytoplasm keratinocytes/tumor cells. RESULTS recorded 67% histological specimens III photoaged 100% those IV. In keratosis, observed 62.5% cases that seen 87.5%. carcinoma, detected investigated samples. CONCLUSION The immunomorphological findings indicative important level is associated degree progression photoaging processes. Minimal even keratosis. Intense malignant epithelial neoplasms clinicomorphological carcinoma.
