摘要: The expression of metalloproteinases and their inhibitors has been related to different invasive metastatic potentials in cancer. This study aims investigate the immunohistochemical TIMP-3 MMP-9 samples basal cell carcinoma (BCC), squamous skin (SCC), actinic keratosis (AK). Immunohistochemistry was performed evaluate BCC (n=22), SCC (n=10), AK (n=15). Ten fields both tumor parenchyma stroma were photographed counted image software. ratio positive cells total used quantify staining. A higher found compared AK. No significant differences observed among groups. Considering well-described between these neoplasms, results provide additional evidence role invasiveness keratinocyte-derived tumors.
