摘要: AIMS The serotonin 2A receptor (HTR2A) is widely expressed in the brain and involved modulation of fear, mood, anxiety other symptoms. HTR2A gene variations are implicated depression, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder. To understand signalling changes psychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders, its normal pattern expression region specificity during development aging needs to be clarified. The aim present study was assess through developmental stages six regions postmortem human samples from individuals with no clinical neuropathological evidence neuropsychiatric disorders investigate interaction rs6311 promoter polymorphism. METHODS DNA, RNA protein were isolated including (frontal cortex, striatum, amygdala, thalamus, stem cerebellum) 55 individuals. mRNA levels assessed using quantitative real time RT-PCR, - western blot. polymorphism analyzed genotyping. RESULTS We found that differentially regulated age different studied, but not affected by gender. Significant frontal stem, cerebellum. CONCLUSIONS Our results show plasticity regulation age, which may important for neurotransmitter systems occurrence periods increased vulnerability disorders.
