摘要: Abstract This study reports a simple and sensitive method for phosphorescence detection of glucose concentration in beverage samples human serum. optical sensor was constructed based on sensing substrate made crystalline iridium(III)-containing coordination polymers doped sol–gel matrix built up under oxidase encapsulated hydrogel then immobilized egg membrane, using the layer-by-layer method. The mechanism is depletion oxygen content upon exposure solution with concomitant increase polymers. effects buffer concentration, pH, interference temperature have been studied detail. Under optimum conditions, luminescence changing rate revealed good linear relationship from 0.05 mM to 5.0 mM ( y  = 1.058 [glucose] + 0.6591, R 2  = 0.9935) limit 0.01 mM. has also successfully applied determination real samples.
