摘要: Abstract The effect of bromocriptine on concentrations luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (PRL) as well the rhythmicity episodic profiles plasma LH were investigated in twelve ovariectomized ewes exposed to 3-day trials during which ambient temperature/humidity conditions maintained either normothermia or induced an average 1.4°C increase rectal temperature (hyperthermia). In 24 48 trials, received twice daily subcutaneous injections 1 mg beginning at 1900 hr day 1. Plasma PRL measured 10-min intervals for 4 days 2 3. Bromocriptine significantly decreased (65 ± 6 vs 5 ng/ml), mean (11.0 0.2 6.5 ng/ml) tended (P
