摘要: The effects of bromocryptine (CB-154) on prolactin (PRL) and luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion were studied in lactating sows ovariectomized (OVX) gilts. In Exp]. 1, the litters four standardized to pigs each at 20 30 d lactation a cannula was placed nonsurgically into jugular vein sow. Twenty-four hours later (0800 h) blood samples taken two injected subcutaneously with 120 mg CB-154 or vehicle. Blood then every min for next 23.5 h. An additional six whose 28 comprised EXp. 2. Exp. 3, five puberal gilts OVX. Forty-eight after OVX vein. day cannulation drawn from 0800 2400 Immediately sampling 1200 h, three 4 repetition 3 except that 10 before experiment treated Serum PRL concentrations consistently depressed treatment both (Exp. 35 5 ng/ml, 2, 45 7 ng/ml) 13 ?Exp. 4, 9 2 ng/ml), but changes serum LH not consistent among experimental groups. Therefore, we conclude addition, sows, data are inconclusive as whether BC-154 influenced
