摘要: Accurate, reliable quantitation of the neovascular (angiogenic) response, both in vitro and vivo, is an essential requirement for study new blood vessel growth. Over many years, ingenious ways have been developed measuring this process, they contributed much to our present understanding vasculogenesis angiogenesis that accompany normal embryonic development, lactation wound healing, as well tumor growth a variety other disease states ranging from diabetic retinopathy autoimmune vasculitis. In review we describe evaluate methodology specific features some most frequently used these assays.
