摘要: Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) is a transcription complex which responds to changes in oxygen, providing cells with master regulator that coordinates gene transcription. HIF operates all mammalian cell types and ancient evolutionary terms, being conserved C. elegans D. melanogaster. This review summarizes recent insights into the molecular events link reduced oxygenation activation emerging extensive role of broad range physiological processes.
