摘要: The present study investigated the function of microRNA (miR)-106b in proliferation, migration and invasion retinoblastoma (RB) cells, aimed to elucidate underlying mechanism. A total 56 patients with RB were enrolled study. expression miR-106b tissues was measured by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction. After transfection mimics or inhibitor, a Cell-Counting kit-8 assay used determine proliferation WERI-Rb-1 cells Transwell employed measure cells. Western blot analysis performed zinc finger BTB domain containing 4 (ZBTB4) protein. By silencing overexpression ZBTB4 protein, biological functions studied. dual luciferase reporter test whether target gene miR-106b. elevated closely associated severity disease. Overexpression increased but inhibition decreased abilities In addition, protein Similarly, reduced promoted Finally, regulated binding 3'-untranslated region gene. demonstrated that is positively metastasis differentiation As an oncogene, promotes inhibiting
