摘要: The subjects of this study, 143 Arab elementary school teachers, represent an ethnic and religious minority in Israel, work schools based on a Western educational model. Their values were measured by using the Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) individualism scales developed Ali (1988). Based factor analysis IWE scale, three factors emerged: (1) personal organizational obligations; (2) investment dividends; (3) effort achievement. relation Ali's ethic to traditional theory is discussed. results study are compared findings (1988, 1992) obtained among students United States managers Saudi Arabia.
