摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to present an in‐depth analysis the knowledge sharing enablers and moderating role Islamic work ethic (IWE) on relationship between innovation capability in public sector organizations.Design/methodology/approach foundations capability, IWE were assessed using a validated survey instrument.
