摘要: A new sampling method for down coarse woody debris is proposed based on limiting the perpendicular distance from individual pieces to a randomly chosen sample point. Two approaches are presented that allow different protocols be used determine field measurements; estimators each protocol also developed. Both compared via simulation against existing methods closely related in terms of theory and implementation. The performed well comparison both fixed-area plot sampling, may provide some simplifications operational use.
