摘要: Abstract Analysis of the localization receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase-β (RPTP-β) by in situ hybridization and immunocytochemistry indicates that it is predominantly expressed developing central nervous system (CNS). RPTP-β highly radial glia other forms glial cells play an important role during development. The immunoreactivity localizes to processes these cells, which act as guides neuronal migration axonal elongation. pattern expression changes with progression cell differentiation. In adult, high levels are seen regions brain where there continued neurogenesis neurite outgrowth. spatial temporal patterns suggest this receptor phosphatase plays a morphogenesis plasticity system.
