摘要: Abstract On the basis of studies in laboratory rats, mast cells were originally classified into two subgroups, namely, mucosal (MMCs), which contained chymase, and connective tissue (CTMCs), both tryptase chymase. This classification has been applied to other animal species, despite fact that MMCs CTMCs such species sometimes consist mixed populations terms chymase constitution. report describes protease constitution 17 nine genera (Acomys, Apodemus, Cricetulus,Meriones , Millardia, Mus, Rattus, Sigmodon Vandeleuria) family Muridae. with negative activity detected only intestinal mucosa six subspecies Mus musculus, Rattus spp. Vandeleuria oleacea, Apodemus sylvaticus possessed no activity. Since conforming conventional observed three examined, we propose rodents Muridae should be by their rather than location.
