摘要: Glioblastoma, the deadliest form of primary brain tumor, remains a disease without cure. Treatment resistance is in large part attributed to limitations delivery and distribution therapeutic agents. Over last 20 years, numerous preclinical studies have demonstrated feasibility efficacy stem cells as antiglioma agents, leading development trials test these therapies clinic. In this review we present analyze studies, discuss mechanisms underlying their beneficial effect highlight experimental progress, emergence promising new avenues. We hope increase awareness advantages brought by for treatment glioblastoma inspire further that will lead accelerated implementation effective therapies.
