Chromatographic separation of racemic praziquantel and its residual determination in perch by LC-MS/MS.

摘要: Abstract An enantioselective depletion study of praziquantel (PZQ) in perch muscle was done using a simple, sensitive and specific liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) method. Two cyclic polypeptides two saccharide chromatographic columns were evaluated. The new hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin (HP-RSP) superficially porous particle (SPP) column produced the optimum separation selected for study. Deuterium labeled PZQ-d11 used as internal standard. method linear over concentration ranges 5.00–5.00×102 μg L−1 (r2≥0.99) (-)-R-PZQ (+)-S-PZQ. average recoveries R-PZQ S-PZQ at three spiked levels 5.00, 50.00 5.00×102 μg kg−1 ranged from 86.1% to 98.2%, intra-day inter-day relative standard deviations less than 5%. decision limit (CCα) detection capability (CCβ) matrices all 1.0 μg kg−1 5.0 μg kg−1, respectively. successfully applied monitoring enantiomers following oral administration. elimination rate tissue is equivalent.
