摘要: Praziquantel (PZQ) is an effective pesticide against monogeneans. Its pharmacokinetics in fish may be affected by water environment and temperature. The present study was designed to compare the pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution, elimination of PZQ freshwater-acclimated grass carp brackish cultured carp. Plasma concentrations were determined after a single 10 mg/kg oral dose. datas plasma tissues drug concentration calculated software SPSS 13.0.
