摘要: Abstract The concentrations of oxolinic acid in tissues seawater-acclimated rainbow trout were compared with those freshwater after a single oral administration (40 mg/kg). Up to 24 h administration, little difference the tissue was observed between two groups trout. However, drugs seawater decreased undetectable levels by 72 h, whereas peaked at 48 and detectable for least 244 h. kinetics uptake excretion similar that reported teleosts. Both metabolized same pathway, because metabolites bile both administration. When injected (20 mg/kg) into caudal vessels each group trout, serum immediately injection groups. Serum 8.69 ± 2.14 μg/ml 8.03 2.27 3 injection, respectively. Subsequently, barely In contrast, higher persisted longer, up These results confirm is excreted more rapidly than
