摘要: We report a simple solution-based approach to form ordered patterns of an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode and underlying reasons for the improvement in power conversion efficiency (PCE) organic solar cells (OSCs) built on nanostructured ITO electrode. The patterning was achieved by using nanospheres as template erode wet chemical etching. Using textured anode poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):[6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methylester (PCBM) (P3HT:PCBM) OSCs enhanced PCE 15% with respect non-patterned anode. is mostly attributed morphological interfacial changes stemming from well light absorption due optimal morphology refractive index change patterned ITO. With its simplicity time-saving, this method fabricating unique pattern electrodes can be widely applicable variety large-area thin film cells.
