摘要: Organic/group IV nanomaterial-based solar cells attract wide research interest in the photovoltaic community because it can benefit from advantages of both organic and group materials. Especially, hybrid composites conjugated materials nanostructured inorganic are potential candidates for cost-effective efficient solar-energy-harvesting devices. This review highlights recent advances photovoltaics (OPV) as well organic-inorganic (HSCs) based on nanomaterials, including carbon silicon which act acceptors. The donor be either small molecules or polymers. carbon-based functional will vary nanotubes (CNTs) to new emerging graphene sheets, do not include fullerene its derivatives. nanostructures free-standing nanocrystals (NCs) nanowires (SiNWs).
