摘要: Silicon nanowires have been introduced into P3HT:[60]PCBM solar cells, resulting in hybrid organic/inorganic cells. A cell efficiency of 4.2% has achieved, which is a relative improvement 10% compared to reference produced without nanowires. This increase performance possibly due an enhancement the electron transport properties imposed by silicon In this paper, we present novel approach for introducing mixing them polymer blend and subsequently coating polymer/nanowire onto substrate. new onset may represent viable pathway producing nanowire-enhanced cells reel process.
