Functionalized silicon nanowires/conjugated polymer hybrid solar cells: Optical, electrical and morphological characterizations

摘要: Abstract We investigate the effects of Si nanowires surface modification with polystyrene (PS) on performance bulk heterojunction hybrid solar cells based poly[2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (MEH-PPV) and PS-SiNWs. The optical, electrical morphological properties these nanocomposites have been investigated. Due to charge transfer efficiency, improved coupling between SiNWs MEH-PPV homogeneous dispersion functionalized SiNWs, studied photovoltaic structure shows a significant improvement progressive addition With surrounded as acceptor materials, device typically JSC 7.36 µA/cm2, VOC 0.87 V FF 48% for composition MEH-PPV:PS-SiNWs (1:4).
