摘要: We investigate the incorporation of gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) into poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrenesulfonate for organic/Si heterojunction hybrid solar cells. The Au NPs can enhance short-circuit current density (Jsc), consequently, leading to a higher power conversion efficiency (PCE). devices incorporating with optimized size achieve PCE over 12.9% about 10% enhancement Jsc compared that reference ones. different sizes are incorporated explore mechanism enhanced device performance. According detailed experimental characterization and numerical simulation results, increased is attributed light scattering local electromagnetic field enhancement, which originated from excitation localized surface plasmon resonance NPs.
