摘要: An integrated memory circuit is described which includes a charge pump for producing pumped voltage and ring oscillator coupled to the pump. The used operate pump, such that cycles are activated on edges of output. an enable controlled by regulator maintain voltage. immediately shuts off when reaches pre-determined upper limit so additional eliminated, thereby, reducing chance overshoot in turns decreases predetermined lower level.
